Goddess Circle Week 2 Grounding

Welcome Goddesses to the month of July! This month each Friday we meet in a small group of women to share space in the ancient art of Circle, doing different exercises, meditation, journalling, crafting etc each week. For the month of July our theme is Grounding

We walk around everyday literally going about our business and often look down to see a scratch or mark on our body with no idea how it even happened.... Todays society live mostly in our heads, so for July we will be connecting to our body.

What this will look like for you attending......

We open the circle with a quick guided meditation connecting our vibration, a small introduction takes place a word that resonates with you around the theme, your name and anything you would like to share. Rememeber anything said in Circle stays in Circle, this is a safe and nuturing space where you are celebrated for who and how you are.

From here we journal, craft, share, meditate do exercises to bring us back into our body and ground us enabling a more authentic self to come through. Not bound by emotional or stress responses.

Everything is provided for the activities all that is asked of you to bring is some water, light snacks for yourself if needed, and something warm for during meditation and maybe a cushion to be comfy.
