About the Event
Join us for a fun filled day exploring ways to bring nutritional wellness to you and your family. This workshop is all about container growing your own groceries. We will cover everything you need to know, including upcycling general waste containers to grow herbs, chives, potatoes and more!!
With the growing concerns around food shortages, chemicals, increase living expenses it is important to maintain a healthy mindset around our basic survival need.... FOOD. Within a few hours, you will be armed with everything you need to know and grow food for your family. Sadly the food in our stores is quite old by the time it reaches your trolley and fridge. Therefore the nutritional value is significantly decreased at our dinner tables.
