Jodie faciliates the circles each week with heart felt focus on releasing stored emotions and stress in the body, with a strong background in trauma release, kinesiology, meditation teacher and Holistic Counsellor, this is Jodies passion throughout all her work.

No 2 Fridays are the same, each week we learn and dive into new and different things. Limited to small groups to keep it intimate and real, bookings are essential.
